Another year is coming to a close. It has been an incredible one for me and my parent company, Ross Mortgage. As the next week closes out, I look forward to sharing your Pay it Forward results. I feel truly blessed to work with the incredible staff and clients with whom I work, and want to thank each of you for your support this year.

As I look into next year, I see a lot potential. Both the potential to help my clients find their dream homes and find ways to afford them, and the potential for some pretty serious changes due to the new Dodd-Frank regulations. But fortunately, we are well positioned to take these changes in stride and help to convey them to our clients.

If you are looking to make a move next year into a new home, it is important to understand how these regulatory changes imposed by Dodd-Frank will impact you. And the only way to do that is to contact a qualified mortgage professional. And as you go into the new year and find a mortgage professional, make sure you start any conversation with questions around Dodd-Frank; consider it a formal vetting process to ensure your professional is ready for where the industry is headed.

If you have any questions about how to position yourself going into next year, please contact me. And if you have anything to add about how this year has ended or where we are headed next year, please leave a comment.
